Choosing a mixer

Postby touytong007 » Wed Aug 04, 2021 5:15 pm

I can use myself Magnetic Stirrer to mix cream (mix less than 1 liter at a time)? Will it be strong enough to mix the substance to get a smooth texture instead of using Homogenizer Thank you.

Hello, in case of emulsion system, using Homogenizer allows droplet size in emulsion to be smaller than other blenders, resulting in more stable emulsion than normal gel. Using Overhead stirrer with the disperser agitator is best because of the stirring force สารสร้างเนื้อเจล dissolves faster. Other spinning styles In case of dissolving ingredients directly in solvent, use Magnetic Stirrer is more convenient than other options.

and if emulsion using Overhead stirrer will Can it be done? And the droplet size that is small besides stability will affect anything else? How much? P.S. I'm considering buying a machine until it's worth it from various factors to make a product for my own use. The size doesn't happen 1000 ml at a time. Thank you very much.

Hello, you can do it too. If the formula is stable, choose a suitable cream maker even if the droplet size is bigger Homogenizer is not a problem. have the same stability
