Cosmetics Formulation Development

I want a serum that is easy to spread, absorbs quickly, doesn't feel greasy and can be applied moisturizer can be continued by reducing the chance of linting. Can the ingredients in the picture be mixed? I feel like I might put too many ingredients. Not sure if there are any ingredients that do a similar function and can be cut/reduced/adjusted. I'm disturbed

Hello, the formula can be mixed. The texture of the skin is due to the addition of a lot of silicone. It should help reduce the stickiness well.
