Clarify-Wash™ Liquid (Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate)

Shampoo uses SLES thinking that it will change to sulfate free Interested Clarify-Wash™ Liquid ( Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate ), but some reviews say that the cleaning is high, not as mild as SLES, making it hesitant to switch. I would like to know the facts of this substance and opinions from Myskinrecipes too.
