Dissolve the Light Cream Maker in water at 0.4%. It takes up to 10 minutes to spin until it's completely dissolved. There are still pieces left. I don't know if there is another technique that helps to dissolve faster.

There must be some element in the water that makes it harder for the Light Cream Maker to dissolve. Please inform the composition of the water as well.
