Can Colloidal Silver be mixed with MicroKill ™ ( Quaternium-73 Solution) and DeoMax ™ Liquid?

And can I use Lavender Water instead of distilled water?

Not compatible with MicroKill , but compatible with others, including putting in the Lavender Water base instead of the Water base.
