Can Coenzyme Q10 be used in Oral Care?

Coenzyme Q10 (98%, Powder, Oil-Soluble)

and

Coenzyme Q10 (10%, Encapsulate Powder, Water-Soluble)


Can this be used in Oral Care products?

Can be used, but Q10 has a dark color. Adding it to the formula will cause color.
