Can Retinal be dissolved in LipidSoft?

Can Retinal (Retinaldehyde) be dissolved in LipidSoft ™ Moist?

I don't want to dissolve it in oil for fear of causing acne.

Can be dissolved in LipidSoft Moist , but at a rate not exceeding 5%.
