I'm going to extract juice from a type of leaf. Then it is packaged as a spray.
I tried it and extracted it. In the room with normal temperature for 3 days it started to smell rotten.
What are some ways to avoid wasting it?

You must try adjusting the extraction process. and count the germs which step lowest germs, then test the choice of preservatives at the specified level (each type of preservative has a different pH range and usage rate. Please check the details of each From the web page)
Then do a Microbial Challenge test to test the effectiveness of the preservatives again to make sure there are no problems.
