Please inquire. Micellar Cleansing Water is produced. At first it was clear, but after leaving it for 2 months it turned cloudy and turned cloudy white.
What can be the cause?
Cleansing water used is these 2 substances.
- PEG-6 Caprylic / Capric Glycerides
