Want to mix Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline ( DPHP ) into Skin Barrier Cream Base ( Emulsifier Free).

1. If using the word heat to help dissolve Will it affect the quality of the active ingredients in the Base?

2. Or is there any base/solvent you recommend to dissolve DPHP ? I focus on easy mixing to apply alone under the eyes.

Skin Barrier Cream Base can withstand heat of 80 degrees for a short period of time. If heat is required Can be used. But when the mixture has dissolved Hurry and turn off the heat immediately.
