If using Trifluoropropyl Dimethicone /Trifluoropropyl Divinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer in the clear Coating Lip Gloss (Clear) formula, which Emultifier must be used to help apply the clear formula?
Want to make a clear Lip Gloss that has properties Locks in matte lip color so it doesn't fade after applying.
