Sulfate Free Shampoo Base PH 7 Used to make bar soap?

Sulfate Free Shampoo Base PH 7 can be used to make bar soap for children, rub the body, rub the face, wash the hair? In the formula there is Cocamidopropyl Betaine as well, can it be used with children?

Hello, you can't use it to make bar soap. Can be used to make liquid soap, shampoo.
