I'm just wondering here. is that the recommended rate is to be a % suitable for the skin Or something good for absorbing the skin like this? Like Madecassoside should use 0.2-2%. But I recommend 1% means that this 1% is good for the skin or will it work the best or is there another reason?

Centella asiatica extract

Please give me some answers. 1. Saying that the concentration is ultra high ( Madecassoside 80%) means that if selected Use the substance at a rate of 1%, there will be Madecassoside in 80% recipe?
