Re: o/w Solubilsing Vitamin E & Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate S

Thank you so much for your reply. I will make an order now.
For Homogenizer with high shear, do you have such equipment? especially stator with very small holes so that the oils can break even smaller

o/w Solubilsing Vitamin E & Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Serum

Hello, i am having alot of issues with solubilizing a o/w serum with main actives of

Oil phase Actives
2% Tocotrienols, 0.5% CoQ10 Pure &  3% Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate

Water phase Actives

15% L-ascorbic acid
10% DMI
10% pentylene glycol
5% 1, 2 Hexanediol

Equipments
Magnetic Stirrer
Hot plate
Precision weighing balance

I am hoping to use Emulsifier / solubliser that is clean and EWG green.. Also, the best if no heat is involved... Is Homogenizer necessary to make sure the oil does not separate? I have tried even with Polysorbate 20 & 80 but after awhile the oil still separates...

Please help - im a recent buyer and even travelled to your shop for self collection. Thank you!

Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate - pH lower than 5

Hello, i would like to ask why is your Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate not able to be stable at pH lesser than 5? Can i do a L-ascorbic + Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate serum which would make it a pH of 3? What do you suggest to make Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate stable despite a pH of lower than 5?
