Hello, the company only sells surfactant transparent base is Sulfate Free Shampoo Base (pH 7, Clear, Foaming) Sulfate Free emulPearl™ -Tear Shampoo Base (pH 6, Clear, Foaming). emulPearl™ (Pearl shadow, soap/shampoo) down the rate of about 5-10%.
