Need help and get help on cosmetics formulation development

Ask for the pressed dough recipe. or hard pressed blush Is there a need for liquid ingredients to be added to it? Or just use it as a powder type. Then you can press it.

Hello, pressed powder must have a liquid composition of about 5-10%. Choose a group that can bind the starch (binding) well and does not evaporate to prevent the starch from being easily broken. For example, the binder is Dimethicone , Silicone Gel or if you want to avoid silicone. Select LipidSoft any type?
