I want to know if this lecithin can be used in the formula for sale or not.

I want to know that Lecithin in the attached file. Can it be used in cream recipes? is known that if it is natural Lecithin so rarely. stable after a while This is considered derived- Lecithin or not? Selling shelf-life for 2 years. Is it enough? Thank you.
