Sulfate Free Shampoo Base (pH 7, Clear, Foaming) 35%
Preservative 1%
The rest of the water is 100% complete.
instead without having to use other detergents together.

After following the instructions, the liquid shampoo is watery and not viscous at all. How can I increase the viscosity? Thank you.
