Can the product be mixed together or can it be used?

Please ask. I want to use stabilized vitamin c (nutural-c Glycol) vs Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) Can I mix it and use it? Or do I need to use any additional substances? Please advise. / Thank you.
