Myskinrecipes' Yeast Serum Formula Can you adjust every start to be cheaper by reducing some substances and replacing them? Made out to be in the form of a gel. Can this be put in a droper bottle?

Hello, the recipe can be adjusted to reduce some ingredients that are expensive. and replace it with water
