When formulating with Water Capsule using a cold process, at which step should AcneBee be added? Should it be added at the end like in hot process formulations, or can it be added earlier, perhaps in the oil phase?

Based on the staff's response, when using Water Capsule in a cold process formulation, you can add AcneBee to the oil phase from the beginning. The instruction to add AcneBee at the end is primarily for formulations that use heat, which is not the case with the typical use of Water Capsule.
