As the team mentioned previously, there is no strict percentage limit on how much more ingredient can be added. The amount of additional ingredients depends on several factors, especially the final texture you desire and the properties of the other ingredients you wish to add.
In the case where you are using 20% SPF Protect Ultra™ and 10% PowderCream™ in the Aloe Vera Gel base (total 30%), you can still add other ingredients as long as the resulting product texture is acceptable to you, not too sticky, or has stability issues.
The best advice is to try adding other ingredients you are interested in little by little first and test the texture. If you feel you can add more and the texture is still good, you can continue adding until you achieve the texture you are satisfied with.
