While PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides can be mixed into a Sulfate Free Shampoo Base (pH 7), it is primarily designed as an extra gentle detergent for makeup removal and micellar water formulations. Its properties are more suited for dissolving makeup and cleansing skin pores.
