I have two formulations and would like to confirm the mixing steps and get advice on improving the texture and smell.

Formula 1 (Cream):

Water: 72.5%
Shea butter water soluble: 10%
Rice Vitamin: 2%
Vitamin B3: 3%
Ceramide Complex: 5%
Panthenol B5: 3%
MOIST72: 2%
Light Cream Maker: 1.5%
Phenoxyethanol SA: 1%

When using this cream, it feels dry, like I haven't applied moisturizer, although my skin doesn't feel tight. Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied that the skin doesn't feel dry after use, but I would prefer a texture that feels more moisturizing on the face but is not sticky. Also, how can I eliminate the rancid smell from Shea butter water soluble?

Formula 1 (Cream):

Water Phase: Combine the water (72.5%) with Shea butter water soluble (10%), Rice Vitamin (2%), Vitamin B3 (3%), Ceramide Complex (5%), Panthenol B5 (3%), and MOIST72 (2%). Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved or dispersed.
Emulsifier Phase: Prepare the Light Cream Maker (1.5%) in a separate container.
