Recommended Silicone-Free, Alcohol-Free Makeup Remover

This formula is an oil-free micellar water type designed to be gentle and effective for removing eye and lip makeup, while providing moisturizing benefits for dry skin.

• Water: 77.5%
• Coco Wash™ (PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate): 10% - A gentle, non-ionic surfactant derived from coconut oil that provides a soft and smooth feel to the skin.
• MakeUp-Wash™ (PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides): 10% - An extra gentle detergent that forms micelles in water to effectively remove makeup without drying the skin.
• D-Panthenol Care (Pro-Vitamin B5): 1% - A humectant and moisturizer that helps retain moisture, form a skin barrier, reduce inflammation, and support skin healing, beneficial for dry and sensitive skin.
• Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate): 0.5% - An antioxidant that helps protect the skin and formula from free radicals.
• Ethylhexylglycerin: 1% - Acts as a gentle preservative and humectant, helping to retain moisture.

Instructions:

1. Combine Water, D-Panthenol Care, Vitamin E, and Ethylhexylglycerin. Stir until dissolved.
2. Add Coco Wash™ and MakeUp-Wash™. Stir gently until homogeneous. Avoid vigorous stirring to minimize foam.

This formula provides effective makeup removal using gentle surfactants, while Panthenol and Vitamin E help to moisturize and condition the delicate skin around the eyes. It is free from silicone and alcohol.
