Anti-Aging Serum Formula (General)

This formula combines ingredients for both instant skin tightening and long-term improvement of wrinkles and skin elasticity.

• Water (Purified Water): q.s. to 100%
• Hyaluronic Acid (Standard Molecule): 0.1 - 0.3%
  • Provides hydration to the skin's surface, helping to plump fine lines and improve skin texture.
• Lift-Now™: 5%
  • Offers an immediate, temporary skin tightening effect, visibly reducing the appearance of wrinkles shortly after application. This is ideal for daytime use.
• Pal-GHK, Pal-GQPR (eq Matrixyl 3000): 3%
  • A peptide blend that helps stimulate collagen synthesis and repair the skin matrix over time, leading to reduced wrinkle depth and improved elasticity with consistent use.
• Pep®-PP4 (Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4): 5% (Optional, can be used in addition to or instead of Matrixyl 3000)
  • Another potent peptide known for its ability to significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve skin elasticity over several weeks of use.
• Preservative (e.g., Phenoxyethanol): 1%
  • Essential for preventing microbial growth and ensuring the stability and safety of the serum.

How to Prepare:

1. Carefully dissolve the Hyaluronic Acid (Standard Molecule) powder in the water phase. This may require time (refrigeration for several hours) or high-speed mixing as described in the product's instructions. Ensure it is fully dissolved into a clear gel.
2. Once the Hyaluronic Acid is dissolved and the water phase is complete, gently add Lift-Now™, Pal-GHK, Pal-GQPR (eq Matrixyl 3000), and Pep®-PP4 (if using). Mix gently until fully incorporated. Avoid high heat (keep below 40°C) when adding these active ingredients.
3. Add the Preservative and mix thoroughly.
4. Adjust the pH if necessary, although these ingredients typically work well within a standard cosmetic pH range.

Notes:

• Lift-Now™ provides temporary results. For long-term benefits, consistent use of peptides like Matrixyl 3000 and Pep®-PP4 is crucial.
• You can choose to use either Matrixyl 3000 or Pep®-PP4, or both, depending on your preference and desired peptide concentration.
• Another ingredient for instant tightening available is FlashTenser™. Lift-Now™ is noted to be better for makeup adhesion compared to FlashTenser™.
