Anti-Aging Serum/Gel Formulation and Mixing Steps
Question
I would like to formulate an anti-aging serum/gel using the following ingredients: DMAE, Vitamin B3 2%, Glucosamine 4%, Hyaluronic Acid 1%, Gladback, Argireline, and Sesaflash® 4%. Could you please provide the formulation and detailed mixing instructions for this product?
Answer
Anti-Aging Ingredient Recommendation and Mixing Steps
Based on the staff's advice, DMAE is not recommended for beginners due to the need for pH adjustment. For an additional anti-aging ingredient, you can choose either Gladback or Argireline, or include both as suggested in the mixing steps provided by the staff.
Here are the mixing steps:
Mix together:
- Water
- Vitamin B3 2%
- Glucosamine 4%
Stir until combined. Then add Hyaluronic Acid 1%. Close the lid, shake initially, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Check if it has become a gel. If not, shake more and continue refrigerating. Repeat until it forms a clear gel.
After the gel is formed, add Gladback, Argireline, and Sesaflash® 4%. Stir until combined. It is now ready to use.
