Instructions

1. Mix the Sulfate Free No-Tear Shampoo Base with water until well combined, avoiding excessive agitation to minimize bubbles.
2. Add Pep®-Brow, ActiveRelease™ Biotin, and Hair-Prebiotic™ to the mixture. Stir gently until dispersed.
3. Add the preservative and stir.
4. Adjust viscosity if needed by adding salt (Sodium Chloride) gradually, testing at around 0.2% first and stirring gently. The formula will thicken over 24 hours.
