Could you please provide information regarding the availability and properties of the whitening ingredients Melanostatine®5 (Nonapeptide-1) and Sepiwhite MSH® (Undecylenoyl Phenylalanine)? Specifically, I would like to know if you plan to import and sell these ingredients, and if there are any details about their effectiveness or formulation considerations.

Based on the staff's reply, the two whitening ingredients you mentioned, Melanostatine®5 (Nonapeptide-1) and Sepiwhite MSH® (Undecylenoyl Phenylalanine), are not currently planned for import for the following reasons:
- Melanostatine®5 (Nonapeptide-1): There is not yet sufficient clear experimental results or outcomes, and the research findings have been published in journals that are not considered sufficiently reliable.
- Sepiwhite MSH® (Undecylenoyl Phenylalanine): Formulation is quite complex.
However, as mentioned in the reply, the company can arrange a special import for specific orders if needed, but there is a minimum quantity requirement of 1kg.
