Basic Body Whitening Cream Formula (1 kg)

This is a basic formula for creating a cream base that is slightly thicker than a lotion, suitable for body care, and includes a key ingredient for skin whitening. This formula makes approximately 1 kilogram of product.

Ingredients:

• Part 1: Water Phase

  • Purified Water: 78% (780 g)
  • Glycerin: 5% (50 g) - Humectant, helps retain moisture
  • Safe-B3™ (Vitamin B3, Niacinamide): 5% (50 g) - Whitening active ingredient

• Part 2: Oil Phase

  • NaturalProfile™ Sweet Almond Oil: 10% (100 g) - Skin conditioning oil

• Part 3: Emulsifier

  • Satin Cream Maker™: 1% (10 g) - Heat-free cream maker and thickener

• Part 4: Preservative

  • Phenoxyethanol P5: 1% (10 g) - Preservative

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients from Part 1 (Water Phase) in a container and stir until all powders are dissolved.
2. Combine all ingredients from Part 2 (Oil Phase) in a separate container.
3. Add Satin Cream Maker™ (Part 3) to the Water Phase (Part 1). Stir or blend well until it is fully dispersed.
4. Slowly pour the Oil Phase (Part 2) into the combined Water Phase and Satin Cream Maker™ mixture while continuously stirring or blending. Continue mixing until a smooth cream texture is formed.
5. Add Phenoxyethanol P5 (Part 4) to the cream and stir until fully incorporated.

Notes:

• The viscosity of the cream can be adjusted. For a thicker cream, you can slightly increase the percentage of Satin Cream Maker™ (e.g., to 1.5% or 2%) or increase the oil content (up to 25% of the formula). For a thinner texture, decrease the Satin Cream Maker™ percentage.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before starting.
• Always perform a small test batch before making a large quantity.
• Store the finished cream in a clean, airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat.
• This formula provides a basic base. You can add other active ingredients or extracts (ensure compatibility) and fragrance as desired, adjusting the water phase percentage accordingly to maintain the total at 100%.
