If using a type that is not readily water-soluble, it may need to be dispersed evenly in this phase.
2. Prepare the Oil Phase: In a separate beaker, combine LipidSoft and Activated Resorcinol. Stir until the Activated Resorcinol is dissolved in the LipidSoft. Add Light Cream Maker™ to this oil mixture and stir to combine.
3. Emulsification: Slowly add the Water Phase to the Oil Phase while continuously stirring or blending. Continue mixing until a smooth, homogeneous lotion is formed. Avoid using a blender at very high speeds (above 2500 rpm) as this can negatively affect the emulsifier.
4. Final Addition: Once the lotion has formed and cooled (if any heating was used), add Phenoxyethanol and stir until evenly distributed.
