I am experiencing a charging issue with a scale that is described as being able to work for 3 days without being plugged in. I have charged the device for 12 hours, but the battery indicator is still showing a red blinking symbol, and the device cannot be used unless it is plugged into the power outlet. Is this normal, or does it require a longer charging time?
