คำถาม

Regarding the product description for SelectSorb™ (High Oil Absorption PMMA), the dissolution instruction states:

"Solubility: Can be dispersed in any formula, but if the formula contains oil, mix in the oil phase (oil << typo here) or mix in the final step after the cream texture is achieved."

I would like to clarify this mixing step to avoid errors. It seems this ingredient should be dissolved in the oil phase first. When used in a non-white cream (e.g., pink), the SelectSorb powder is clearly visible floating in the cream, which might make the product look unappealing. However, when used in a white cream, mixing in the final step is not an issue.

Please confirm the correct mixing procedure.

Thank you.

Thank You for Your Feedback

Thank you for bringing the potential typo in the description of SelectSorb™ (High Oil Absorption PMMA) to our attention. We appreciate you highlighting this for clarity.

Mixing Instructions for SelectSorb™

Based on the product information, SelectSorb™ is designed to be dispersed in any formula in the final step, provided the formula contains an oil component. While you observed that mixing in the final step might show the powder in non-white creams, the recommended method is indeed final step dispersion. Achieving uniform dispersion can sometimes depend on the specific characteristics of the overall formula.

We will review the description to ensure maximum clarity regarding the mixing instructions.
