I have a cleansing water formula containing PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides (Makeup-Wash) and PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate (coco-wash) at 10% each. Do I need to add Poloxamer 124 and Poloxamer 184 to improve makeup removal efficacy?
