Regarding the color adjustment for your foundation/powder for tan/reddish skin tone, using only Beige Iron Oxides EasyMix™ may not be sufficient. As the staff mentioned, you may need to add a small amount of Black Iron Oxides EasyMix™ and/or Red Iron Oxides EasyMix™ to achieve the desired shade that matches your skin tone, especially if your skin has reddish undertones. Mixing these colors with your powder base is the correct approach.

Concerning the use of your existing oils (Rose Hip Oil, Argan Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, and Rich Blended Base Oil) in place of Jojoba Oil and Fractionated Coconut Oil for Lip stick and Lip Balm formulations, based on the staff's response, these oils can likely be used. However, please note that the Rich Blended Base Oil contains Mineral Oil, which the staff mentioned might reduce the glossiness compared to natural oils.
