Can Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) and Repair Activator be mixed together? Are there any considerations regarding the type of formula (e.g., liquid like toner vs. viscous like cream/gel) when mixing these two ingredients?

Based on the previous reply, Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) and Repair Activator can be mixed together.
However, it is recommended to mix them only in viscous formulas such as creams or gels. They should not be mixed in liquid formulas like toners, as this may cause precipitation.
