While Goat Milk Powder itself does not necessarily spoil if not refrigerated, the issue arises when mixing it into glycerin soap base. Glycerin soap base has high alkalinity. This high alkalinity will degrade the quality of the Goat Milk Powder. Therefore, it is not recommended to mix Goat Milk Powder into glycerin soap base.
