  • Phenoxyethanol SA: 1%

1. Combine all ingredients from the Oil Phase in a container.
2. Gently warm the oil phase mixture to no more than 60 degrees Celsius.
3. Blend the warmed oil phase until all ingredients are well combined.
4. While continuing to blend, slowly add the ingredients from the Water Phase (Water and Phenoxyethanol SA) to the oil phase. Add the water phase little by little (e.g., about 5 grams at a time), blending thoroughly after each addition before adding more.
