Question

I would like feedback on my cream formulation. I would like to know if the ingredients are suitable and if there are any concerns, particularly regarding the preservative `Bronidox L`. I also want to confirm the correct mixing procedure, especially for the water and oil phases and dissolving ingredients like `Hyaluronic Acid`.

Answer

Thank you for sharing the cream formulation.

Based on the feedback provided, it is advised not to use Bronidox L as it is currently banned in Japan and generally not recommended if unnecessary.

The other ingredients in the formula are considered okay.

Regarding the process, it is recommended to separate the water and oil phases during preparation. For the water phase, ensure that both types of hyaluronic acid are completely dissolved before proceeding.
