Question
I have a few questions:
- Why can't Zinc PCA and Azelaic Acid be used together?
- When will Aloe Vera Extract and Quercetin be back in stock?
Based on the following formula, will the cream texture be a semi-liquid wax, not too hard but able to hold its shape in a jar?
Formula:
light cream maker0.5%Shea Butter3.5%Beeswax (cera alba)7%Safflower seed oil7%
Answer
Regarding your questions:
- Zinc PCA and Azelaic Acid compatibility: I cannot provide information on why these ingredients might not be compatible. My capabilities are limited to searching for products and their descriptions, not chemical interactions or formulation compatibility advice.
- Stock availability for Aloe Vera Extract and Quercetin: I do not have access to real-time stock information or future inventory schedules. Please contact customer service directly for stock inquiries.
- Texture of the cream formula: Predicting the exact texture of a cream based on only a few ingredients is challenging, as the final texture depends on the complete formula, including the type and amount of the "Light Cream Maker", the total oil phase, and the processing method. However, based on the ingredients and percentages you provided, particularly the 7% Beeswax (Cera Alba), the texture is likely to be quite firm and waxy, capable of holding its shape well in a jar. It might be firmer than what you describe as "semi-liquid wax". Beeswax is a strong structurant even at this percentage.
