Custom Gel Formula for Anti-Aging, Brightening, and Dark Circles

Question

I would like to create a custom gel formula using Double Hyaluronic (Hyaluron) Gel as the base. I want the formula to address multiple concerns for both the face and eye area:

  • Reduce wrinkles
  • Brighten skin
  • Reduce dark circles around the eyes (I have dark circles but no under-eye bags)
  • Suitable for sensitive skin
  • Fragrance-free

I initially proposed the following active ingredients:

  • TEGO Pep 4-17 5%
  • Leuphasyl 8%
  • Vitamin B3 4%
  • Pepha®-Tight 3%
  • Alpha-Arbutin 2%
  • Apple Stem Cell 2%
  • Ectoin 2%

I have a few questions regarding the formulation and usage:

  1. I noticed that Hyaluronic Acid Nano cannot be selected. Is this because the base already contains Hyaluronic Acid?
  2. Is the proposed list of ingredients suitable and complete for my needs? Do I need to add or remove anything unnecessary?
  3. Does Leuphasyl 8% need to be used in conjunction with Argireline™?
  4. I already use a separate Vitamin C product. Is it still necessary to include it in this formula?
  5. I currently use virgin oil on my face after showering, followed by my usual cream. If I make this custom gel, should I apply the oil first, then the gel, or the other way around?
  6. I also have Sea Kelp Bioferment 20% that I plan to use separately. How should I incorporate this into my routine?

Based on the conversation with the staff, here is the recommended formula for your custom combined face and eye cream, using Double Hyaluronic Gel as the base, to address your concerns about wrinkles, dark circles, firmness, brightening, and mild acne, while being fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin:

  • Base: Double Hyaluronic (Hyaluron) Gel
  • Active Ingredients:
    • TEGO Pep 4-17 5%
    • Leuphasyl 8%
    • Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 4%
    • Pepha®-Tight 3%
    • Alpha-Arbutin 2%
    • Apple Stem Cell Extract 2%
    • Ectoin 2%
    • Haloxyl 3% (Specifically for dark circles, but can be applied to the whole face)
    • Eyeseryl 8% (Specifically for dark circles/puffiness, but can be applied to the whole face)
    • N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine (Recommended by staff)

You also mentioned wanting to use Sea Kelp Bioferment 20% separately. The staff recommended using this as a night cream if the concentration is high (like 20%) to avoid pilling during the day, especially if applying makeup.

Regarding other ingredients:

  • Hyaluronic Acid Nano: Cannot be added as the base already contains Hyaluronic Acid.
