คำถาม
I have questions about different cream makers and the solubility of Luxury Cream Maker.
- What is the difference between Luxury Cream Maker™ and Silk Cream Maker™?
- Which gives a heavier cream texture, Silk Cream Maker™ or Satin Cream Maker™?
- Why does Luxury Cream Maker™ still have small white particles when mixed into a formula (either in oil or water phase, with or without heat, even after long mixing)? How can I make it dissolve completely?

Here is the information regarding the cream makers and the solubility of Luxury Cream Maker, based on the staff's replies:
- Difference between Luxury Cream Maker and Silk Cream Maker: Although they share the same INCI name (Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Polyisobutene), this doesn't mean they are the exact same substance; there can be differences in their properties or formulation. Regarding texture, Luxury Cream Maker tends to be a bit heavier and has some texture, while Silk Cream Maker is lighter and provides a smooth feel.
- Texture comparison between Silk Cream Maker and Satin Cream Maker: Silk Cream Maker is described as smoother/slippery and heavier than Satin Cream Maker.
- Solubility of Luxury Cream Maker: Luxury Cream Maker does not fully dissolve when mixed only in the oil phase or only in the water phase, even with heat and mixing. It dissolves completely during the emulsification step when the oil phase (containing the Luxury Cream Maker) is gradually added to the water phase while blending. The recommended method is to add Luxury Cream Maker to the oil phase, heat slightly (around 60°C), blend, and then slowly add this mixture to the water phase while continuously blending until fully emulsified.
