The "Xanthan Gum (cloudy gel type)" that you previously ordered appears to be a different product from the current listings. The products currently available are all described as "clear gel type".

Currently available types include:

• Xanthan Gum (clear gel type, normal texture): This type produces a clear gel and is often used for adding viscosity or as a stabilizer in emulsions/creams.
• Xanthan Gum (clear gel type, smooth texture, non-stretchy): This type also produces a clear gel but has a smoother, less stretchy texture compared to the normal clear gel type.

Therefore, the "cloudy gel type" you used before is not the same as the current "clear gel type" options, although they are all types of Xanthan Gum. The product line seems to have shifted to focus on the clear gel variations.
