Question

My digital scale shows 100.04g when I place a 100g calibration weight on it. How can I calibrate the scale to show exactly 100.00g?

Answer

Hello,

Regarding your question about calibrating the scale to show exactly 100g when a 100g weight is placed on it:

As the staff previously mentioned, a deviation of 0.04g on 100g is very small. This difference represents only 0.04% of the total weight, which is typically well within the acceptable tolerance for this type of digital scale.

Therefore, calibration is likely not necessary for such a minor difference. The scale is performing accurately enough for most purposes.

If you still wish to explore calibration, instructions might be available on the product page linked by the staff previously. However, please note that adjusting for such a small deviation is generally not required.

Thank you.
