Question
I want to make my own AHA solution at pH 2.5 to maintain its effectiveness. Will this have negative effects on the skin? Also, when will Glycolic Acid powder be available?
Answer
Based on the staff's reply:
- Regarding making your own AHA solution at pH 2.5:
- It is possible if you have a good understanding of the process and skin peeling.
- However, the staff strongly advises against it for beginners or those without sufficient knowledge.
- Using AHA at a pH below 3.5 without proper understanding can lead to severe skin damage.
- They recommend studying detailed information from foreign websites if you wish to proceed.
- Regarding the Glycolic Acid restock:
- The new batch of Glycolic Acid was expected to arrive in Thailand around May 26, 2017.
