Dry Antiperspirant Spray Formula

Additionally, you can include LipidSoft™ Deo (Triethyl Citrate), a light emollient with no oily components that does not clog pores. It is effective in inhibiting the esterase process of odor-causing bacteria without killing them, thus minimizing skin irritation.

For the quick-drying spray base, 8 Hours Fragrance Spray Base (Musk-Free) can be used. This is an alcohol-based base for fragrance sprays that helps extend the longevity of the scent and provides a dry feel upon application.

Sample Formula Structure (Adjust percentages as needed):

• 8 Hours Fragrance Spray Base (Musk-Free): 60-80% (Main base for quick drying)
• Anti-Sweat™ (Aluminum Chlorohydrate): 10-20% (Antiperspirant and deodorant active)
• LipidSoft™ Deo (Triethyl Citrate): 1-5% (Helps inhibit odor and provides a smooth feel)
• Fragrance: 1-5% (For adding scent)
• Other ingredients (e.g., skin conditioners): Remaining percentage

Mixing Procedure:

1. Combine Anti-Sweat™ and LipidSoft™ Deo with the 8 Hours Fragrance Spray Base. Stir or mix until well combined.
2. Add the fragrance and any other remaining ingredients. Stir until homogeneous.
3. Fill into a spray bottle.

This formula should provide a quick-drying feel similar to typical dry antiperspirant sprays. However, it is recommended to test with small quantities and adjust the percentages as needed to achieve the desired texture and efficacy.
