I have two questions:
1. Is Encapsulated Retinol an electrolyte?
2. If I apply Vitamin C E Ferulic (Lite), can I apply 100% Natural oil immediately after, or should they be used at different times?

No, it is not.
2. If I apply Vitamin C E Ferulic (Lite), can I apply 100% Natural oil immediately after, or should they be used at different times?
You can apply it immediately after. However, do not apply oil on the skin before using any cream or serum, as it will create a barrier on the skin and make it difficult for serums or creams to be absorbed.
