Answer

Subject: Eye Gel Formulation

Based on the discussion, here is the recommended eye gel formulation and mixing method:

Recommended Formula:

  • VITAMIN B3: 2%
  • N-acetyl Glucosamine: 4%
  • REGU®-AGE: 5%
  • Pep®-Coll: 3%
  • Pro Polymer: 2% (initial amount)
  • Eye Preserved™ (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide): 1.5%
  • Water: 82.5%

Mixing Method:

  1. Combine Water with VITAMIN B3, N-acetyl Glucosamine, REGU®-AGE, and Pep®-Coll.
  2. Add Pro Polymer and stir until the gel forms.
  3. Add Eye Preserved (1.5%).
  4. If the gel's consistency becomes too thin after adding Eye Preserved, gradually add more Pro Polymer and stir until the desired gel thickness is achieved.
