3. Satin Cream Maker: 1.5% (Emulsifier/thickener for a light texture)
4. Glycerin (Vegetable): 5% (Humectant for moisture)
5. MOIST24 (Glycereth-26): 5% (Humectant for long-lasting moisture)
6. Mild Preserved Eco: 1% (Preservative)
7. Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5): 2% (Reduced from 5% as per staff advice to minimize stickiness on oily skin, still provides moisture and soothing)
8. Safe-B3™ (Vitamin B3, Niacinamide): 5% (Multi-functional: helps reduce oiliness, improves skin barrier, reduces redness and acne marks, anti-aging)
9. L-Carnitine: 3% (Added as per staff suggestion for oil control)
10. AcneBee: 2% (Added as per staff suggestion to help control oil and acne)
11. Encapsulated Salicylic Acid (Powder, Timed-Release): 2% (Added as per staff suggestion to help with clogged pores and absorb excess oil)

Mixing Instructions

This formula is a simple water-based serum/light lotion. Follow these steps:

1. In a clean container, combine the water phase ingredients: Lavender Water, Glycerin, MOIST24, Panthenol, Safe-B3™, L-Carnitine, and AcneBee. Stir or mix gently until fully dissolved and combined.
2. Slowly add Satin Cream Maker to the mixture while stirring continuously until it is fully dispersed and the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
3. Add Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate. Mix well.
4. Add Encapsulated Salicylic Acid (Powder, Timed-Release). Mix thoroughly until the powder is evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.
5. Finally, add Mild Preserved Eco and stir to combine.
6. Pour the finished product into a clean bottle or container.

Stir gently after adding each ingredient to ensure homogeneity. Avoid excessive whipping, which can introduce air bubbles.
