I would like to request a review of my cosmetic formulas for my skin, which is 40 years old, very oily, has loss of firmness, and visible wrinkles around the eyes. My formulas are as follows:

Toner: Witch Hazel 70%, Water 29%, Allantoin 1%
Anti-Wrinkle Serum: Water, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) 10%, Matrixyl 3000 5%, Repair Activator 10%, Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) 3%, DMAE 10%, Silky Serum Base 30%, Full & Lift 5%, Coenzyme Q10 Extra 1%

Please provide feedback on the suitability of these formulas for my skin type and any potential issues or recommendations.

Toner Formula:

Your formula: Witch Hazel 70%, Water 29%, Allantoin 1%.
Feedback: Allantoin has limited solubility in water, typically not exceeding 0.5%. Using 1% may result in undissolved particles or precipitation.
Recommendation: Reduce the concentration of Allantoin to no more than 0.3% to ensure it fully dissolves in the formula.

Anti-Wrinkle Serum Formula:

Your formula includes: Water, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) 10%, Matrixyl 3000 5%, Repair Activator 10%, Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) 3%, DMAE 10%, Silky Serum Base 30%, Full & Lift 5%, Coenzyme Q10 Extra 1%.
Feedback is divided into three points:
1. Suitability for Oily Skin: For very oily skin, it is recommended to avoid ingredients that add excessive moisture. Consider reducing or omitting Coenzyme Q10 Extra (1%) and Repair Activator (10%) if you find the serum too heavy or oily for your skin type.
2. Silky Serum Base Concentration: The concentration of Silky Serum Base at 30% is too high. This can result in a formula that is too liquid.
- Recommendation: Reduce Silky Serum Base to around 15% for a suitable texture.
1. Ingredient Incompatibility: Silky Serum Base and Full & Lift are incompatible because Full & Lift is a self-emulsifying ingredient and will not mix properly with Silky Serum Base.
- Recommendation: Remove Full & Lift (5%) from this serum formula. You can use Full & Lift in other formulations that do not use Silky Serum Base as the base.
